Something that worked for me... My acne seemed hormonal and I tried everything including Accutane. After fighting it, I finally tried a non-medicinal cure. It was the hardest to try since it meant a HUGE lifestyle change but it worked. I started sleeping at least 9 hours and went to bed before 9, at the latest, 10pm. I drank lots of water and pretty much cut most sugar out of my diet. I drink soy milk which has helped immensely with menopause and eat lots of veggies and whole grains. I have cut out a lot of meat and dairy but not completely. My skin is AMAZING. A mild break out here and there but nothing compared to the misery I suffered before.
