Question
what is photogenetic dermatitis and its affects long term?

Answer
Maybe here you've a confusion.
If  you mean photodermatitis that can be of genetic origin (photogenetic) or not (acquired).
Another different word is photogenesis (is the mechanism by wich sun exposure causes disease).
Dermatitits is an inflammation...is called photodermatitis if is trigged by sun exposure.
Photogenetic means that is by genes (eg xeroderma pigmentosun and other diseases)...wich of these is of your interest?
