Hi,

I am wondering if there is a program that will let me capture video recorded off tv and transfer into an avi file for use in a sports motion golf software program I have?

You're going to need A capture card, a card with video-in or tv-in. PicVideo MJPEG Codec or best quality Huffyuv codec and VirtualDub.
