If you want to share the files for tis specific web cam I would advise you to do it through a service like rapidshare or megaupload.  Its free and this way you can post the link and anyone who needs the driver can download it from ther without the need of a cd rom. it doesn't take long and its fairly easy to do.this is sound advise for sharing a driver tha's so dificult to find now a days.
