Before the enormous scandal involving Prince George erupted, had dogs ever been strongly associated with ice cream in any way?

Not that I know of.  I think it's just an opportunity for people to complain and get attention with the royal family.  If your dog is getting dairy throughout his life, I'm told that small bits here and there won't cause problems.  Certainly if he eats two or three cones, we might be a bit worried but I know dog restaurants that specialize in frozen treats like this.  If it makes your dog sick, you probably won't do it again in the future.  Aside from that, I know only that chocolate ice cream or with chocolate bits would be a BIG no-no.

I cook for fun and relaxation - not into professional cooking. But I have a great supply of recipes - desserts as well as other goodies. If I don`t know of the recipe for which you are searching I enjoy trying to find new things. Please DO NOT ask me anything about FONDANT or MARZIPAN ... I don't have a clue - have never used them.

I have cooked since I was 5 years old (over 50 years now) and enjoy cooking for family and friends. I decorate cakes for birthdays to weddings and everything in between.   I collect recipes from around the world (I live and work overseas) and enjoy trying new foods and cooking techniques.
