Question 1-whats your opinion about SONY 8M camera is the may be good for proffessional usage for recrording & directing documentry movies , short movies
if no , which camera is using for that purpose (give me model & brand) ?
2- is mobile camera can perform the purpose ? if no why ? & also whats the advantages in handy cam exist rather than mobile cam ?

8MM cameras are not suitable for the purpose you need to look for 3 CCD professional cameras depending on budget you have various options are available
My RECOMMENDATIONS :
Canon XL series (Serious range)
Sony FX2100
Panasonic GS 330 / VDR300 ( entry level)
2. Mobile cameras are for FUN and not serious jobs all the features of eve basic camera is not available in a 3mm lens compared to minimum 30MM lens
3. Only standard for your application will be 3 CCD camera if you are a serious documentary / short movie maker.
