Answer
This is a really involved topic, so I am going to give you broad answers to try to cover everything.  If you would like more specific answers, please provide more specific info, such as what aspect of photography you are interested in pursuing.

- what ll be the next step after taking workshop ?

This will depend on what kind of "professional" you want to become.    You should put together a portfolio of your best images to take to potential clients or employers.

- where can I find work ? which organizations , firm may need my service as photographer ?

You can work for a newspaper, and advertising or design firm or an already established photo studio.  Depending on the city you live in, this answer may vary greatly.

- how can I use it for doing my own business ?

You can shoot start your own studio.  You can shoot weddings or portraits.  Bridal shows are a great place to drum up business or you can place an ad in the newspaper.   If you want to get started in portraits, shoot some friends, neighbors  or colleagues for free and then use the photos for your portfolio and word of mouth to attract paying customers.

Good luck,
Sara
