Expert: sanjay bajaj - 6/29/2009

Question
Using IMac v.10.5.7. Hooked up via USB ports. IMovie doesen't import film. Can you help?
Thanks

Answer
Dear Larry,

Sorry for the last response, Sony HC 40 does have Mac supported format but in case you are unable to please let me know this points to help you out.

1. Have you loaded the Mac supported software.
2. Is the USB Port being recognized by system when you connect the camera with any error displayed.

Will still look at the manuals and be more clear in next 2 days since this is a typical issue.

Good day
Sanjay
