Digital Photography/My pictures display differently on different computers

As stated when I plug my SD card in on different computers sometimes the images from my camera look OK other time they have either serious or subtle flaws ranging from changes in hue to serious distortions in color.Do you know why or how this happens? Thanks.

Every computer, monitor, printer configuration and performance is different.
In order to achieve accurate, repeatable reproduction you will have to calibrate your monitor. If you want prints to match, you will also need to calibrate your printer.
