Question QUESTION: I have a fujifilm finepix f610. I made the mistake of recharging my batteries with the wrong voltage and as a result, my batteries would not recharge. Before I make that trip to fujifilm service center (since they did not answer my emails), do you know what kind of damage I may have done to the camera if every aspect of the camera seems to be working except that I cannot recharge the battery anymore? Do you recommend I get a new battery first before sending my camera for repairs?

1. Is this online charger ( means do you charge the battery while it is in camera ) of offline ( remove and charge the battery seprately.
2. What do you mean by wrong charger was it not meant for the camera if so how did it fit to the camera socket or charger socket.

1. I charge it online (battery inside camera)
2. I have a portable charger with exchangeable AC/DC jack. It is not set to the correct voltage.

Since camera is working now I hope that only Charger is out of order due to faulty settings,battery dont get problem as power doesnt reach till there unless supply connected now maybe you should replace the charger only please try with new charger at store before buying for confirmation I wish your camera is safe ensure you buy only orginal charger not any third party
