Unfortunately there is no way to purchase backstage passes when Céline performs.  The best way to get close to her would be to keep checking her website.  She is currently taking a break and expecting a baby in May, so she does not have official plans to perform in the near future, but Céline's website (www.celinedion.com) will have the most official information once Céline returns to the stage.  I hope this helps and good luck!
