I can answer questions regarding veterans benefits. Specifically, I can answer questions on how to file for veterans benefits and what evidence is needed for claims for special issues such as PTSD, military sexual trauma, exposure to Agent Orange, and traumatic brain injury, to name a few. I can also assist veterans who have already received a decision on their VA claim by telling them whether the rating seems appropriate and how to file an appeal.
Experience
I am a former VA rating specialist with years of experience in determining whether veterans are entitled to VA benefits. I have written thousands of rating decisions and am very well versed not only in VA law, but also in the workings of the VA Regional Offices. After leaving the VA, I opened a law practice that focuses on assisting veterans with their VA appeals.
