Experience I have visited the Disneyland Resort several times each year for several years, and have stayed in each of the hotels. I have a pretty good understanding of the parks, hotels, and Downtown Disney.
Question When will Disneyland put up its holiday decor this year? I'm a student trying to plan around school and I don't want to go too early. Does the Haunted Mansion change over to Nightmare Before Christmas for Halloween?
Answer Hi Brian,
Since the Halloween decorations will go through November 1st, they will start decorating the park by November 7, and have most everything up and going by the 14th. The Haunted Mansion will have the Nightmare Before Christmas (already has it), and It's a Small World Holiday should also be up by the 7th, but I would wait until the 14th before going to the parks.
