FTN appeared in a major controversial Newspaper editorial in 1994. FTN Exporting official publication "International Trade and the Successful Intermediary"(ITSI) is about to be released world wide (December 2009) by the prestigious U.K publishing firm Gower's (U.K) and is listed on Amazon.com (Keyword: International Trade Intermediary) ITSI is ostensibly the first uniform intermediary trading doctrine of its kind, and will become the standard intermediary practice world wide in years to come. FTN exporting has created the said doctrine and supporting rules of trade defined as "URPIB" (Uniform Rules and Practice for Intermediaries and Brokers), which will (has?) become the most successful set of private intermediary rules ever created.

Distribution of Products - Bonny Light Crude Oil

Expert: Davide Andrew Papa - 6/23/2009

Question
For the past 5 years I have been pursing sourcing intermediaries in Nigeria to obtain bonny light crude oil to sell to american oil companies. Every source was bogus, and it wasn't until reading FYBR II and COFI did I truly have a great picture about the proper procedures, payment options, and intermediary responsibilities. Thank you very much for this excellent piece of work to help the lost. Now here is my question. I have a man on the ground in Nigeria whom I trust. He travels on a regualr basis to Nigeria from the US and works in the aviation industry. I have, what appears to be an unusual opportuntity to meet with the Vice President of Nigeria - Mr. Jonathan Goodluck to obtain an oil allocation on behalf of the NNPC. I am being advised to send my company profile, financial health to pay for the allocation, along with how much we want. I do not have a buyer yet, but a few prospects. My compamy has not yet been successful in a single deal. How can I present my companies' capabilities if I haven't even had a deal yet. Bear in mind I am fully aware of 419, falsified documents, and offers made on NNPC premises that are fraudulent. Any advise on how to represent my company? This could be the real mcoy.
Kind Regards,

Vin

Answer
Dear Vincent

Thank you for you compliments- it's good that many are seeing the bigger picture and learning from my efforts to inform those who really want to know what this business is about-

You cannot make a move nor pay anyone any money or do any such steps to start negotiation unless  you get  some kind of offer- No offer no deal.

(1) The offer is checked for matters of mistakes and the likes especialy as it relates to specifications.

(2) with the offer in hand from a "Supplier"  you can secure the end buyer-

etc..etc..OFFER /CONTRACT ,END BUYERS FINDS SECURE - MEETING CAN NOW TAKE PLACE-YOU GO READY TO DO BUSINESS S A FULLY FLEDGED BUYER-

In essence you will  be happy to meet the "Vice president and to obtian the Oil allocation" AFTER THE MATTER OF OFFER AND CONTRACTS ARE SEALED AND YOUR END BUYER FUNDS ARE SECURED IN YOUR CONTROL-

(3) You dictate terms and dates and that you will go with your "party" for security reasons- You will only stay within SECURERD city limits and conduct meeting as such- You conclude the contract to buy AND HAND OVER A PHYSICAL COPY OF a UCP600 DLC  TO THE VICE PRESIDENT SIDE - it is they who will authenticate the credit- (ALLOW 5 DAYS)

You then COME  back Home  and it is they who has to produce the delivery document to claim collection of each shipment value.

NO  offer not deal-no collection of credit possible

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO NIGERIA  WITHOUT AN OFFER /CONTRACT IN HAND SEALED, AND FUNDS SECURED FROM AN END BUYER-

That's the best advice i can give-Do anything else is a foolish and possibly dangerous applciation.

I WOULD DO NO LESS IF IT WERE THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND ASKING FOR SUCH A MEETING-

It's much harder to OBTAIN a personal meeting with any Vice president than it is to secure a crude oil allocation in "most" instances- Accordingly if it's the vice president's department doing the offering - get pre advice of what's being offered is the least of your concerns ..unless of course the offer to meet such a person is given with "bad intent" based on another  underlying and yet not apPArent  premsie- Given by a person that is misleading you.

Repeat NO OFFER ..NO DEAL CONSIDERATION

REGARDS
