My pleasure- although I can't recall the question nor situation-I looked back at past answer and cannot find any reference to you- Was it a question related to FCL????
Be careful when taking on another intermediary anything malicious stated on a public forum is libelous. Make sure you contact the intermediary by private email and make sure always that you have the right person.
If you have purchased FYBR from a reseller after 2007 You should ask the reseller to assist you with the deal being encountered via private email. Such purchases have nothing to do with us-If you have purchased TWIY prior to 2007 then you should ask me the question via private email- Maybe I can help further-

Also don't threaten legal action against another party - The act of doing as such could prove costly to you- It costs thousands if not million to take on matters of circumvention via international courts - So if you feel the intermediary has circumvented you - be 100 % sure of your facts.
