Question
Dear Papa,
In my quest to secure supply, i believe my Inquiries are always being trashed due to inappropriate product specifications.
I had been working on High Sulfur Fuel Oil 180 and Diesel Gas Oil L-0.2-62 (GOST 305-82).
I would need your advice in getting started on securing a genuine supply.
Could it be that am not getting started the proper way?.
Kindly be blunt as usual, please.

I have trained agents with me who have done an excellent job  in less than 6 months-
everyone is different -Few  things for sure if you are not professional in  your approach you are wasting your time- If you are dealing with other ill informed intermediaries your are wasting your time
