Prove it.. there is nothing in this country owned by the people. Not even your own land purchased from a bank... If the government wants to put a railroad through your back yard they will.. It might take a while but Eminent domain will prevail. The Indians have been given the land they now own. They feel bad for taking it .. Dont' be blind people... They knew they would build Casinos which is something they have been wanting to do all along.. Huge Profit for them.. The reservations are not part of us so the us laws don't apply yet they can still tax them and take money for their own needs.. Perfect.. Wish I would have thought of that.

NOTE:Eminent domain (United States), compulsory purchase (United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland), resumption/compulsory acquisition (Australia) or expropriation (South Africa and Canada) is an action of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or seize a citizen's rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner's consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development. The most common uses of property taken by eminent domain are for public utilities, highways, and railroads[citation needed], however it may also be taken for reasons of public safety, such as in the case of Centralia, Pennsylvania. Some jurisdictions require that the government body offer to purchase the property before resorting to the use of eminent domain....

Do Note: You will be given minimum payment to optimize maximum profit for them... You do not own anything. If you try to refuse, they will just take it so better take the few dollars given for your lifes work and be happy.

You are wrong; it is not owned by the citizens of the United States. It is owned privately:

" Washington DC is not part of the USA. District of Columbia is located on 10sq miles of land. DC has its own flag and own independent constitution. This constitution operates under a tyrannical Roman law known as Lex Fori. DC constitution has nothing to do with the American Constitution. The Act of 1871 passed by Congress created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES & corporate government for the District of Columbia. Thus DC acts as a Corporation through the Act. The flag of Washington’s District of Columbia has 3 red stars (the 3 stars denoting DC, Vatican City and City of London)."

I also know a lot about places to eat in Washington DC, from the local fast food McDonalds to the very fancy sit down evening out with your family of four. I also have a great wealth of knowledge of where to get government historical related questions answered. So if you post an all-expert question to me I will try to give you a honest, fast, correct answer all the time.
