Answer Your son is an adult. I'm sure he is handling his ex in the manner he thinks is appropriate. You will do best to discuss this with him to see if he has, in fact, asked his lawyer to do anything. Maybe he's giving her some slack. Maybe he's just a really patient and sweet person.
