Divorce Issues/life after hell

Question
I am a single parent with 3 children.  My last relationship 5 years ago produced my last child who is now 4 years old. I have since left him at her little age of 1 years old. It was unexpected and time has passed.  Today, I own my own home 5 minutes from my ex boyfriend's home (we never married) and we have joint custody with her living with me and my other 2 children (11 and 9 year olds) 4 days out of the week. He does not pay child support, daycare and all her medical bills are covered by my insurance.  Anyhow,my question is....I have been dating someone for the past year and a half and he has asked me to marry him but I live in Iowa and he lives in South Dakota in a Tri-state area here in Iowa and my issues is would we ever be able to marry? Per the divorce decree it states that when she starts school full time she is to be with me full time but I have a feeling he will indicate that all has worked fine and the Judge may request to continue the 50% and I may never get married nor move in with my soon to be husband (he lives 32 miles from Sioux City).  Please help as to what I need to do?! I am in desperate NEED to figure out something without being charged an arm and a leg!!!

Answer
As stated on my profile, I only answer relationship questions.  For an ACCURATE answer to your question, contact a LOCAL attorney.  32 miles isn't too far to drive a couple times a month or several times a year.  Some people drive that far to work daily.  The 50% arrangement shouldn't be a problem if the distance between you and your ex is just a one hour ride.
