Question I have recently entered into divorce proceedings as the respondent. A trial date has been set in the Circuit court in Ireland for a March 2006.
Is there a way I could stop the divorce proceedings at this late stage?
Prior to this a legal seperation has been ordered since 1998.
Answer Dear Terry,
I have no experience with divorce in Ireland. All I can suggest is that you speak with a family lawyer in Ireland and/ or call the circuit court where your trial is to be held and see if they have any information available to the public.
