Hello
I am in the same situation Except I am an women who totally trusted her new husband a little bit more then I should have. The house we lived in is mine from my first marraige. I refinaced my house and did an cash out. I bought him and paid cash for him a truck we bought an travel tralier also and some other small stuff. He made me put his name on all of our purchases because pulling the the line we are married and that is the way it should be. Well it was my money but I did it for the marriage. What a laugh now the laugh is on me. Now he is fileing for an divorce and took the truck and the trailer which is completly paid for. Left me two car payments and is refusing to corporated in any way. The only one thing I did right was I did not put him on my house when I refinaced Thank goodness. Boy life is an lesson learned those of us with kind hearts always seems to get steped on in the long run. I just wanted to tell you your not alone.
