Dodge Repair - 2000 Dodge Intrepid Emissions

Expert: Pete Lacey - 2/27/2005

Question
I recently had my car in for emissions testing and was told that the emissions testing said my car was "not ready" for testing.  I had my battery disconnected a few weeks ago and was told that this caused me to lose my emissions data.  How do I get my computer to reregister the required information.  Dealership told me to put 150 to 200 miles on it and it will be ready.  I was also told that there are certain steps, speeds which must be met before it will be ok.  Any information u could give my would be appreciated.  Thank you
