Question
1999 Dodge Intrepid 2,7 6cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
hello i got a 99 intrepid 2,7 i was driving yesterday and after 10miles the powerstering went out but when i rev it up to 1200rpms + it works but when am standing it doesn't work , then i drove about 5-10 mile and the car overheated (radiator fan didn't go on) i look in the fusebox inside the car and the fuse for the fan burned out so i let the car cool down and i changed the fuse when i put the fuse in and the gauges went on like when u want to start the engine but the key wasn't in the ignition so i started the car and after 30sek the airbag light came on i tried to turn the car off took the key out but it didn't turn off the only way to turn it off is to take the fan-fuse out and den i can turn it off i check the car-computer on 4 diffent programs and all with no errors . IM BAGGIN FOR HELP P.S the car died on me 4-5times wen i was drivin but it i turned it without a problem

Answer
sounds like u have a few issues.
the fans I know lock up often thats why the fuse blows   so fix the fan motors and replace the fuses for them. Power steering  I dont know about
and the starting issue could be something else as well   I dont know about that one either  unless I was to look at the car.
