QUESTION: i have tried replacing the fan motor and the control panel i can still feel a little bit of heat or AC coming out of the vents but there isn't any force behind it what would be my best bet to fixing the problem

QUESTION: it is a 2002 dodge dakota

ANSWER: is there power going to the blower motor?  and ground when u turn on the ac fan speed?

QUESTION: no nothing. the whole unite doesnt work like if i drive 55+ i can feel heat or ac eventually leaking through. there is no force behind any of it. i checked the relay wires to the fan motor and they were live. when i turn on the fan speed there is nothing when i push the ac button the ac light comes on but no air. i have replaced the fan motor and it didnt work i replaced the control pannel and it didnt work.

I dont need to know that when u do 55 U feel air  that is basic knowledge when u drive air will enter the cabin  I asked u if there was power and ground at the blower motor when the key is on and the ac control head fan speed is on. does the fan come on with setting 4?
