Dodge Repair/'03 Dodge Dakota: headlamps/wipers

I have a 03 Dodge Dakota quad cab. this morning I turn on the wipers they wouldn't work on delay only on normal speed. Then turn on lights no headlights or dash lights. Have tail lights blinkers and tail lights. what could be causing this?

Hi Ginger,
Check fuses # 5 and 11 of the fuse box in the cabin. Those power a device called the central timer module that is involved with the headlamps/instrument panel lamps, and wipers. So if these all stopped this morning, I would suspect the module not being powered.
