Question
Steve,

Thanks for the help, I found it.

I have another question: What would be the trigger voltage from the computer?

1997 Dodge Neon 2.0 L SOHC

I just want to know where the radiator fan relay is located, I have the confidence to repair the problem but I do not have the manual for the vehicle and would really appreciate if you can point where the fan relay would be.

Thank you kindly,
Rey
Answer -
down on the frame rail. near the radiator  its a small silver box that looks more like a sensor then a relay.

Answer
I am not sure what you mean by trigger, but the computer give the relay a ground to start the fan. the relay always has the 12 volt feed but when the computer grounds the relay this closes the contacts and send the 12 volts out to the fan.

Hope that gave you a little info,
The neon have had a lot of relay trounle,

Steve
