Question I have a dodge dynasty 1991 v6 front wheel drive automatic trans whith no hint of a problem i put car in drive and pulled away the trans will not shift out of low gear into normal drive gear i pulled shifter down into low and back up into drive but there was no change the fluid is clean.and has no burned smell, could this be a filter problem ?

this car shifts by its own compuiter you will have to get it to a tranny shop so they can reprogam the tranny compuiter . that does sound like your problem it should be no more than 40 dollors to do this service pete ps you can try dis. pos cable for 2 min and then hook it back up see if it shifts some times this will work pete
