Question
My 99 dodge stratus started overheating and we noticed the radiator kept getting dry.  We replaced the water pump and now the car idles rough and stalls when stopped.  What do we do next?

Answer
Hi
Did you bleed the Coolant system.  This is done by opening a valve on top of the thermostat housing.  If you coolant level is not right the Drive Train Control Module will cause the engine to run rough.  I'm not saying that this is the problem but check it and wright me back.
