Question -
I  have 1996 dodge b3500 van    Had been running rough  changed the usual    discover catelitic conventer plugged   had changed,,, two days later engine quite   no spark from coil    ever found a shorted oxy sensor causing all kinds of problems?   auto shut down relay fuel shut off relay  etc just keep clicking on and off  when cranking    possible oxy sensor in convetor?
Answer -
Clay,
It could be the other o2 sensor. But not likely.

You may have a computor grounding problem or the computer it self. The computer grounds the relays to make them work and it sounds like the ground isnt there.

Answer
You should have 12 volts on the green wire going to the coil This wire also feeds the fuel pump.  trace it back to the computer check and see what voltage you get comming from the computer.  This is the main J2 circut. You have to have 12 volts on it.  It could be a bad computor. It could have been damaged in the other wiring problem you had.
