Question Dodge Dakota 1994......I replaced the intank fuel pump and fuel relay fuse engine will not start and the fuel pump will not automatically run also checked fuse inside fuse panel all checks were good cannot find circuit problem help please?

The truck has a ASD Relay. This stands for auto shut down . The relay has four wires going to id the green/Black wire feeds the coil and fuel pump. Check this wire at the coil and see if you have power. if so the check the harness from the fuel pump back to the relay. if you do not have power on the coil the problem is the relay or the computer.
