This is a breed already developed and is known as the Valley Bulldog. It was developed in Eastern Canada and can be registered with some organizations.

You also need to know that English bulldogs need to go through artificial insemination due to the fact that they can not breed naturally. If they try the male can die from exhaustion. If you do not want to lose your English bully do not try.
