QUESTION: I have a 3 month old schnoodlethat i started feeding Wellness super Mix for Puppies about 6 weeks ago..It was a slow transition but inoticed that he is constantly scratching, nipping and bitting his legs and feet.  No flees and ticks.been check for every thing else by vet.The vet wants to give him steroids but i think it may be remedied by changing his food which no one seems to want to address.  What is the best way to do this ..do yo have any recommendations and are the specific question that i should ask the Vet.  I chose Wellness because it was a considered one of the best by many of the people that I spoke with among others, including Solid Gold Hudchen Flocken Puppy Lamb food

I bet we are dealing with an environmental allergy and a slight food allergy, too.
HOW about we add some BARKING at the MOON by solid gold.....
Use the Wellness and buy the GRAIN free Barking at the Moon brand.
Do a 50/50 mix of the two for a few months -
Feed 3 small meals per day, if possible.
If you can't find BARKING at the MOON then mix WELLNESS CORE with the PUPPY WELLNESS ...

Please keep me posted on your food change over and possible supplements...?  I am here to help.
Keep your Vet up-to-date on your changes... Try to keep the VET in the Loop.  Many vets are not trained in canine nutrition.

Hi - Any of the WELLNESS Cores would be fine - I believe there are 2 or 3 flavors of Core/

Make sure you mix with PUP food - Wellness Pup food is fine.
I sure do like BARKING at the moon - see if you can find that first.

And, don't forget to order the NuVET wafers....
