Question My German shepherd is having allot of problems with his weight. the vet did blood work and everything was fine..they put him on antibiotics and after that he started gaining weight. it has been a couple months and hes loosing all his weight again. The vet isn't sure what is wrong with him but i am very worried about him.

Sorry for the long delay - I was out sick last week.
I'm a little concerned that your vet would go straight to antibiotics without any kind of diagnosis. I'm assuming that since you said everything was fine, there is no parasite, diabetes, hyperthyroidism or other endocrine problem. I would recommend another vet trip (to a different vet) and a more intensive search for a real diagnosis. Rapid weight loss is not normal and should be investigated.
In the meantime, try adding alfalfa powder to his food. It is loaded with healthy proteins and is often used for weight loss problems that don't have any medical cause. Here's some information on alfalfa and other healthy green foods that you could try:
