Dog Training/training 2 pups at once

I recently got two pups and have had them only a week.they are both crate trained(in the same crate, but getting a second one to train them individually.)  my problem is potty training. they can both do their thing outside, but the boy will go again in a few minutes.  and neither want to poop outside.  ive tried staying out longer and recrating for 10-15 min, and try outside again with no luck. as soon as they are in they go and we pick them up and again outside with no luck, only to have them go in the house anyway.  any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  By the way, they are 14weeks old.  i dont expect miracles right away, just wondering if Im on the right track and i only need time and patience.  thankyou

with two puppies at same time, do their potty breaks seperately, as they will distract one another.  Thereby forgetting to go or stopping before they are finished.

Otherwise you seem to be on the right path.
Crate, Potty, Crate, no free roaming until they have been outside.
ensure you clean all accidents with proper stain and odour remover.
