The problem is, you're waiting around for an answer off of the Internet from a non-medical professional, instead of calling your veterinarian.
If you, or your child were passing fresh blood and vomiting would you think to call a doctor? Your dog requires the same attention.
Your dog may be seriously ill... please call your vet without delay.
