Question
MY 7 MONTH OLD SHIH TSU PUPPY NO LONGER URINATES IN THE HOUSE BUT HE CONTINUES TO POOP IN THE HOUSE CONSTANTLY WE WALK HIM CONSISTENTLY AND HE STILL DOES IT. WHAT ARE WE DOING WRONG PLEASE HELP.

Answer
hi,
A puppy needs to be housebroken in each room.  If you are giving him the run of the house he isn't clear where his "den" is.  A pup will keep his "den" clean and branch out from there.  He must be taught (one room at a time) that each room is his den, otherwise he thinks it is ok to go poop anywhere that he DOESN'T consider his den.
For now put him on a leash and tie it to your waist.  This we you can watch him and he cant sneak off to poop somewhere.    It will take about two weeks of consistent work to teach him.
