Education/Credentials There is no formal training for service dog education. I have 20 yrs of hands on experience and a necessity to learn the laws that apply to myself and my service dog.
Answer My guess is that they are not "temporarily out of stock" but that they never were in stock and the item is a hoax. If you look at the photos, they are obviously altered (one is a doll, the image of the kid on the GSD appears to have been shrunk to fit on the dog and I can't believe anyone would actually think that you could saddle a beagle and hope to ride it). If you look closely, there are no belly bands on any of the saddles, so they would just fall off if the child shifted at all, hence the child would fall off (big safety and liability issue), plus, I couldn't find "Little Infants Educational Society" on a web search, nor the brand Yeehar. I'm pretty sure it's a joke, but have contacted the company to confirm.
