Question
I have a 3yr old bitch staffordshire Bull Terrier spayed and ijust brought a 8 week old male German Shephered male, and my staffy is aggressive towards it she went for it at first so i dont leave them together and only let her in when he is in his cage can you advice me how to get them use to each other please.

Answer
The best way would be to muzzle the female, until she gets used to the puppy. That way she can see he isn't a threat and can't hurt him, while at the same time able to sniff him ect. Once she gets used to him,put a leash on her(without holding it)and put them in the yard and let her sniff him unmuzzled, but if a problem happens grab her leash and continue muzzling. Muzzle her for about two weeks-then try her unmuzzled
