AboutKaren Brittan Expertise I have been showing miniature schnauzers in conformation, obedience, and earthdog for forty years, and am a professional dog groomer.
I am not a veterinarian and cannot answer questions of a veterinary nature. However, I can give my opinion or share some experiences on some health issues. Everyone should remember that this is a volunteer service, and few of us are up late into the night. Medical emergencies require a veterinary visit, or at least a telephone call... not an internet question which might not be viewed and answered until hours later. If your dog is sick or injured, it should be seen by a licensed professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Experience I have taught obedience classes and have taught people how to groom for many years.

Question QUESTION: do dogs eat deer droppings, or rabbit droppings, i think my 14 yr golden did and got very sick. it looked like droppings when i cleaned up and had a very bad smell
ANSWER: Oh, they absolutely will! You probably will need to worm him now. Talk to your vet about how long you need to wait before you can bring in a stool sample for testing.

QUESTION: she became very sick, sweating, slobering alot, patting alot and then throwing up. Is this normal for her after eating this?
Answer It certainly sounds as though your dog did get into something, but I've never had a dog get sick from eating droppings of other animals. (Which, of course, doesn't mean that your dog didn't... every dog is different as to what it can tolerate, and mine have "garbage guts".)
I would wonder if your dog didn't maybe eat some mushrooms; those symptoms sound a bit more than just eating some droppings. With all the rain some areas have been getting lately, they are popping up all over the place... and they can be quite nasty. Some are even quite deadly... causing kidney failure. Take a cruise around your yard and see if you have anything growing and remove them if you do.
If she is still showing symptoms, get her into the vet immediately.
