on the 16th september my x husband was arrested and sentenced to 10mnths in jail he attacked my daughter and myself he is realised on 6/2/08 i am so fearfull for what he will do to me i need some importent advice

You say you are fearful and you have good cause to be fearful.
What you don't say is what advice you need from me or how I can help you.
My question to you is this: what are you you doing, and what will you be doing, to keep yourself and your daughter safe?
How secure is your home?
Have you contacted neighbours and friends and arranged a signal that means you are in distress?
Are you in contact with your local police force?
Will you refuse to have any contact with him? Having contact is probably the single most effective way of putting yourself at risk?
