AboutElizabeth Expertise I can answer almost any question in reference to the life of Jim Morrison. Question Hi. I am new to the doors but have just read Linda's book. After reading up on a few websites i am totally confused. Did she EVER meet him? Is the whole book complete lies? To me it was a great read and i enjoyed the calmer side of him that she has portrayed.
Answer Hello Jude,
I hate to inform you it's all a load of lies. None of it is true, Aschroft was just trying to make a buck. At most she saw him in a concert, and that is it. Researches confirmed that Jim was always in another city, when aschroft said they were together. I was kind of disappointed because I too enjoyed the read. And those that knew him said Jim was definitely a "very collegiate poet type". Much more gentle and quiet than Jim is usually portrayed.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
