Question Have recently read some dtuff on gnosticism. I know that Jim was a fan of Blake & may have read the nag hamadi gospels, would you say he was a gnostic, or influenced by gnostic ideas?
Answer Hello Paul,
So sorry for the delay. I can definitely see what your saying, but there has not been any published comparative literature on this subject matter. I have never read anything supporting this, as far as Jim commenting on it, or talking to his friends about it. But there are defiantly some characteristics of gnosticism going on.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
