I have a authentic mint condition autographed picture of jim morrison whats this picture worth? it came with a certificate of authenticity.

A bit outside my field of expertise this one.

I did a quick ring around the contacts I have who deal in this kind of stuff and got the following examples.

1968 authentic tour poster of The Doors and signed by the band. $1500.00

An original polaroid photo taken by a Doors fan backstage at the Boston Arena concert on April 10th, 1970 and signed a year later by Morrison when the photographer met Jim Morrison in LA. $2000.00

I suggest you approach a reputable Memorabilia dealer to have it valued at it's proper market price.

I hope the above gave you some idea of it's value, I would think 2,000 plus is in the ballpark.
