How did Patricia feel about not being the number one women in Jim's life? I know if the movie, THE DOORS, by Oliver Stone there was a sence were Pam and Patricia met, did this ever happen.
Thanks Sara

In Patricia's book, she claims that, while she did meet Pam, the scene in "The Doors" never occurred. She dismissed every scene in the movie as either misleading or false (For example, she said that she never did coke with Jim Morrison). The only scene she credits as authentic is the wedding ceremony where she makes an appearance.

Pam and Patricia did meet on a number of occasions, and there are plenty of witnesses to their completely civil behavior to each other on all those occasions. As to her not being "the number one woman", well, she was the only one he married and put in writing that he was married to. You might try actually reading her extremely good book "Strange Days" if you want to learn anything real about her.
