Dragon Ball, DB Z, DB GT - Krillin Being Wished Back

Expert: DBZ Guru (Kellen Engen) - 11/3/2009

Question
How did krillin get wished back by the dragon balls when he was already killed once before by tambourine i thought the dragon balls could only wish people back once please tell me how he was wished back every time he died

Answer
Yes, Krillin was killed by Tambourine, and therefore unable to be revived by the Dragon Balls. However, when he was revived after bieng killed by Frieza, he was revived by Porunga, the Namekian dragon, not Shenron. So Porunga had never revived him before, and unlike Shenron, Porunga is capable of reviving the same person more than once. So when he was eaten by Super Buu, it was the same situation, because he was revived by Porunga again, when Porunga restored the entire Earth and all of Buu’s victims. Shenron, the Earth dragon, never revived Krillin a second time, you are correct in saying that Shenron can't revive a person twice. The fact that Krillin was revived by Porunga and not Shenron was all that confused you. Thanks for the good question.
