On the Piccolo front you need to remember that he wasn't just Piccolo anymore. He had fused with both Nail and Kami. Both of whom are as good as it gets. You could also view Piccolo after he fused with Kami as a new person from that point onwards and thus was only judged by his actions following that point. So logically following on from that, the Goku Vegeta fusion of Vegeto would keep his body as he is a completely new person ie neither Goku nor Vegeta.

I can answer many questions related to the Dragonball Z series. I know little of the details of Dragonball and/or Dragonball GT, but I have seen some of both and know of some of the important events. ATTENTION: I have gotten an increasing number of questions related to Dragonball Z Ultimate and I feel i must stress that as noted before, I can only answer questions related to the three series listed. Questions related to Dragonball Z Ultimate cannot and will not be answered. ATTENTION 2: Don't ask me stupid "who is stronger than who" questions. I'm not gonna wrack my brain and try to explain anymore. Use your imagination.

Dragonball Z has been, without a doubt, my favorite cartoon of all time for the last decade or so. I remember closely following it as a young teenager, and have since become somewhat of a fanboy/nerd/addict. Even more so than when I was younger. My experience as a viewer has not only given me the opportunity to simply watch the show and learn the facts, but to also get to know the characters and I often (over)analyze situations and personalities, simply because I enjoy the show that much.
