Question
Hi,
I watched to film in the early to mid 80's on VHS.
I'd like to know the title if anyone could help.
The first was a si/fi horror type film about an alien that came to hunt and encountered a hunter in the woods. The alien used throwing dices that embedded into the skin. Sounds horrible i know but at the time i enjoyed the film.
The second film is a European film that involved the stealing of cars with the biggest steal being 30 Porches. I think this film had the title Car Napping, I can't find anything under that name. If you can help please reply.

Answer
Hi Greg,

Okay then. The first film you're looking for is, I think, a movie called Without Warning. Made in 1980, it stars Jack Palance and Martin Landau. You can view details here:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081764

That sounds like the one doesn't it?

The second one, well I'm pretty sure you're correct about it being called Car Napping. I located a 1980 German film called Bestellt, geklaut, geliefert. Now, the English title of the film is Car Napping. Again, you can view details here:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078853

I think that's it, but as above I can't be 100% sure.

So if either of these are wrong, please do get back to me, and I'll continue looking.

Talk later,
Stephen.
