I am experienced in dream interpretation using contents of the dream as the main source of interpretation. Analysis requires full disclosure of the dream and possibly some feedback from the dreamer. This is an interesting and insightful way to uncover the hidden meaning of your dreams.

Question
Hi Hope,

I dont remember my dream completely so I hope that you are still able to help me with an interpretation.
In my dream, I am talking to an old female friend I havent seen in a few months who is having troubles with her partner (they seperated in real life about 4 months ago).  I am recommending to her a book about relationships that I was looking at online in real life the night before.  The book is called "1000 Questions For Couples" and my girlfriend is really happy that I offered her the book.
As I talk to her, I vividly remember looking at her home and noticing the open plan layout and its 3 levels and I think to myself how nice her place is.  One point I need to add is that the 3 levels are only seperated by a few stairs, they are not dramatic differences.
My girlfiends then asks me to follow her and as I do, I realise we are going 'downstairs'... except the stairs are no ordinary stairs!  I enter what can be described a huge tower made up of chairs and tables all stacked up on top.  As we are making our way 'downstairs' I recall thinking that it was awkward but I persist and even get used to making my way down.  The motion feels like half flying/floating and gliding as I land on one chair/table and then move to the next.  I also recall that I am never scared and I dont question what we are doing - I accept it as different but normal.  This tower of chairs and stairs is the part of the dream that I find so fascinating.
At this point the dream changes again and I find myself on one of the tables/chairs alone and I start doing something to myself (sexual) and then I wake up.  While I am doing this, I am aware my friend will return so I am very alert.
Note- I havent included what I was doing unless further requested because its a little bit embarrasing.  Its now 12hrs since my dream and Im still intrigued and fascinated by the dramatic aspect of all those chairs and tables...
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Answer
Hi Martina, I apologize for the delay in responding to you. No need to explain any further about under the table. The part of your dream that has the most energy is the tower of table and chairs. This part of your dream as you describe it suggests the foundation of a relationship is rocky and somewhat risky. There are parts of this relationship that could be described as "I am never scared...I don't question what we are doing - I accept it as different but normal." On the one hand it's natural and gives you the feeling of floating or gliding. There may be a similar feeling to "under the table" in your life that enhances your relationship or makes the risk somewhat worthwhile.
The dream further suggests that you are giving advice to others which is somewhat reflective of your own needs. Good luck to you.
