I am experienced in dream interpretation using contents of the dream as the main source of interpretation. Analysis requires full disclosure of the dream and possibly some feedback from the dreamer. This is an interesting and insightful way to uncover the hidden meaning of your dreams.

Question
I had a dream last night that I was in a house that wasn't mine...didn't recognize it.  It was very beautiful outside and inside!  The area and plants outside and decorations in the house had a feel as if it was in South America or somewhere tropical.  I walked outside on the back porch through a wall of sliding doors that were covered by beaded curtains...  on the beautiful back porch there was a baby white tiger playing and entertaining himself.  I had the feeling he was my pet and I loved him.  Also over the cement wall of my porch there were other large cats...  a baby sabertooth tiger that had huge teeth and was jabbing them into another larger female lion that was fine with it...as if it didn't hurt..  I thought when  I saw that..."He needs to stop that... it is going to hurt."  I saw blood and tissue being torn..but I was not that preoccupied with what I was seeing.  I was more interested in the baby white tiger.  Then all of a sudden I felt wind...and looked up...then I was up in the air as if I was a God watching the Earth from above.  I couldn't see my body..It was if I was looking out of my own eyes.  I was floating in the sky viewing the hugest tornado ever going over land coming toward my house.  I was worried if it was going to hit my house.  I could see the inside eye of the tornado and the ground that was in the middle of it...but I could also see both sides of it.  I was in the sky watching the tornado when I noticed like three people on a lake that were rowing individual boats and they were worried about getting hit..  I hollered down but they didn't hear me I don't think..."Get out of the way.. It is coming right for you guys."  I watched from above the tornado until I realized that the edge was just going to barely miss my house.  Then I suddenly was back on the back porch with my baby white tiger...picking up leaves that the wind had blown around and checking my house for damage.
I know this dream has significant meaning.  I just can't figure it out.  I must add that I was never scared through out the whole dream.  It was as if I was taking it as simply matter of factly. As if I was watching things...and would deal with what came...no fear?

Answer
Rachel your dream appears to relate to the exploration of other sides of your personality. You may be exercising the more nurturing and caring part of your self. This allows you to become peaceful and reasonable in the face of some adversity. Your current way of handling a situation might feel as if you're "above" the difficulties - like watching the tornado and warning other but being safe from the effects. You may have a renewed sense of you "self" and feel similar to the way you describe the house "beautiful outside and inside".
