Question My mom died about 10 months ago from breast cancer that metastasized to her lungs, liver, bones and brain.
A couple of months ago I dreamt that she was alive, we were talking as we'd normally did and I asked her where she's been. She shrugged and said that she'd been visiting family in Panama (where she's from). I responded by telling her that we all thought she'd died and even had a funeral for her and we laughed. This past weekend I had a dream each night. In the first dream we were in her house (where my dad, two sisters and a niece still live) and I was doing dishes when she appeared as a ghost. We were talking and joking and I was catching her up on the family gossip but no one else could see her and thought I was crazily talking to myself. The next evening, I had another dream in which she was alive and we were hanging out in her bedroom. She appeared in good health, looked like how she did a couple of years ago, right before we found out she was ill. I was asking her where she'd been for the past few months and if she needed to restart her chemo. She acknowledged that she had cancer but didn't answer my other questions just told me she planned to babysit tomorrow (she used to babysit to sisters for the past six years). The last dream was very real...I could feel, touch and even smell her.

Your mother has found a way to reach you and she has. When those who have passed come to visit us they usually start in our dreams, they test our reaction in hopes we will accept them. If we are afraid they will go away, they do not want to upset us, but if we interact, talk to them and accept them for what they are, spirits, then they will eventually come visit us when we are awake. She will be babysitting, if you go where the children are playing you will smell her and feel her essence, you may even find the children might see her. Children are seneitive to spirits.
